Biographical Info

My name is Renata, and I’m the woman behind the lens.

I'm a portrait photographer in Burlington, where I've been living for the past 17 years.

Born and raised in Brazil, in 2001 I moved to Canada with my husband, whose family is originally from here.

Arts have always been in my life somehow. When I came to Canada I worked with ceramics for a few years. I started to photograph my pieces before selling them, and eventually, I switched from clay to the camera. School photography is how I got started in this career, but I wanted to spend more than a minute with my subjects.
